By downloading, installing, or using any of our iOS applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our apps.

- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our apps

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AppMyx and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
If our apps allow you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our apps.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our apps at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
